Brandon Heights Village

This project consists of two phases. Phase I is 60 units and Phase II is 36 units. Both phases consist of all two bedroom units. The floor plan for the two bedroom unit consists of 916 spacious sq.ft. Each unit has a washer and dryer hookup is single story and each unit has its own entrance along with a porch.

Phase I of the development is completed and Phase II is currently in leaseup. Special leaseup incentives are now available. These incentive programs will be expiring soon so check them out now on the web or call the property manager. 

The development is located at 580 Brandon Place in the Northern part of Bismarck, North Dakota. It is located just north of the intersection of Century Avenue and Washington. The site is close to shopping centers, grocery stores and churches.
